Rafik Khoueiry
Rafic Khoueiry is a Lebanese artist born on 07 August in a modest family, composed of one sister and two brothers. His grandfather loved singing and used to play the oud instrument, while his father has some poetry writings. His start was during his university studies through the plays in which he starred, as a singer and an actor.
He joined the faculty of music at the Holy-Spirit University in Kaslik where he studied the oriental and western solfege, oriental theories and arabic music as well as playing on the oud instrument. In addition to his musical studies, Rafic studied business administration and got his masters degree with honor from the Lebanese University. Rafic produced and released more than 12 video clips, several albums and singles.
He sang topics about love “Sarakni Min Ahzani”, “La Ya Albi Rtah”, “Sheftak Marra Wehde Bass”, and others about his country and its army “Naha Siyejak Ya Lebnan”, “Yom El Tahrir” and “W Byebka Lebnan”. Rafic Khoueiry was honored by the Lebanese army. He is known for singing many styles like Lebanese, traditional, popular and Tarab songs.
